The company was established in Bangalore, in 1995 under small scale industrial unit Act No. SIAL / PMF 99-2000 Dt. 30-08-1996. Arvind Forgings is committed to total quality and in the process of getting ISO 9001 shortly.

Arvind Forging's SSI unit is established in 1995 for manufacturing high tensile fasteners, all kinds of upset forgings, oil fired furnace forgings with magnetic and non-magnetic forged, turned, milled components, jigs and fixtures, precision machined components and sub assembly items for mining and earth moving equipment to both private and public sector units.

The company's factory has two units: One has total built up area of 5,600 square feet with sanctioned power of 60 HP in 1st Stage Peenya and the other is 3150 square feet total built up area and sanctioned power of 80 HP in 2nd Stage Peenya. The company is a proprietorship managed unit with maximum turnover of 70 lakhs per annum.

It has been catering to some reputed industries in India, and has earned their confidence and an enviable reputation with them. The company has forgings and machining with magnetic & non-magnetic material such as MS, EN 18, EN 24, EN 52, EN 59, SS 21-4N, 12N, 23-8N, Inkannel and Nimonic-80A & HDS. The size from outer dia. 3.5 mm to 80mm. and 40mm to 2000mm long. It has centreless grinding and thread rolling facilities in our home unit itself. The company is also engaged in its group of companies with different working arrangements to carry out various needs like CNC machine shop with both horizontal and vertical machining centres, heat treatments, electroplating, powder coating and blackening.
